By paying the administration fee to Dr Science, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Contact Details: Parents must ensure that their contact details are accurate and up-to-date. Dr Science Tuition will contact parents/ pupils by text message/email/phone. Links for the online lessons will be sent via email.

2. Cancellation: To cancel a lesson, parents/ pupils must give at least 48 hrs notice (via email or text), so that they will not be charged for that lesson. Lessons cancelled within 48 hrs will be charged. If students frequently cancel lessons, without a valid reason in the opinion of Dr. Rehman, then they will be removed from the class and be put onto the waiting list. If Dr. Rehman, for some reason is unable to offer the lesson at the agreed time, then parents/ students will be contacted by email/ phone or text, and will be offered an alternative time/ date or will be offered a refund for that lesson.

3. Payments: Parents agree to make payment on the first day of each month by bank transfer and make payment for 4 or 5 lessons in advance.

4. Contract: Tuition is provided on a no-contract basis and parents may cancel their child’s tuition at any time, without giving any reason and will be offered a full refund for any upcoming tuition fee they have paid for but will not be attending.

5. Electrical Devices: Parents agree to ensure they have the correct computer equipment/ electrical device for their child to fully participate in the lessons. If a student cannot not join the lesson they will be charged the full fee for that lesson.

6. Complaints: In the event of a complaint, parents agree to contact Dr. Rehman by email ([email protected]), who will aim to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

7. Customer Satisfaction: Dr Science tuition operates a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a student or parent is unhappy with their lesson, they agree to inform Dr. Rehman by text/ email and will be offered a full refund for that lesson provided the lesson has already been paid for. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is limited to one claim per student.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions: Dr Science Tuition may change these terms and conditions by posting the revised conditions on their website at least 7 days before they become effective. Therefore please check the website from time to time.

9. Liability: Dr Science will in no event be liable for any losses such as economic, goodwill, reputation, special, indirect, consequential or any other losses as a result of its services.
